YOXFORD, SUFFOLK

A disused public house in the small suffolk village of Yoxford was the start of a dream to create a wonderful family home.

The building was originally formed from two separate houses of different periods resulting in complex and inefficient internal planning.

The concept to unify the two properties was agreed with the local planners before work began. The new works included a new rear extension housing the kitchen / family room and cart lodge in the garden.
